The candidate for the MSc studies in the field of Materials Engineering has the Bachelor studies qualifications confirmed by the Bachelors diploma, legalized secondary school graduation certificate (or equivalent certificate), as well as all necessary competences enabling the continuation of education on MSc studies in the field of Materials Engineering, in particular:

Specialization will be launched depending on the minimum required number of candidates (10 Persons). In case of a small number of applications for interested persons it will be offer other programmes at the Faculty of Silesian University of Technology. Please consider this when choosing alternative programmes.
The graduate has an education in basic disciplines of technical sciences, materials science, manufacturing technologies, processing and recycling of engineering materials, methodology of analysing and shaping their structure, mechanical and physicochemical properties. The graduate is able to properly select and exploit materials, as well as predict and improve their durability by application of modern technologies.
